It drys well. I like the material the lint catcher is made out of. The on button seems very touchy since I turn it on every time I bump it when opening the cupboard above it.

Bought this almost a month ago and it works really well on the timed setting, dries great and releases wrinkles but on the other settings it shuts off early and says to clean the lint screen when it™™s not even got any lint in it yet |

We made the decision to buy this unit about 3 weeks ago. All synthetic clothing we put in the dryer came out with burnt 'waffle' marks that match the vent in the back upper right side inside the drum.

I replaced a LG with this Electrolux unit. Now I understand how bad the LG was. The price point was good, it is very quiet and the clothes have never been this fresh smelling and fluffy. The lint trap is huge. The outside exhaust vent is very clean. Very little lint makes it out of the dryer.

I bought this a month ago. I like the features but would have liked a refresh button for ten minutes when I don™™t get to the dryer load as soon as it™™s done. It only has 30 minutes and 60 minutes.

We purchased this dryer in 2018. Within a couple months, belt broke...A normal load of sheets got stuck in the front area of the dryer, near the lint trap part. Since it was bound up, the belt broke. I called Electrolux. They sent out a service provider, who replaced the belt & spent a long time on the phone w. Electrolux engineering to determine if this was a known issue and if there is a known repair, beyond a belt replacement. Total time down, with a dryer: 1+ week. A couple months later....same issue, same poor resolution: electrolux call, belt replacement, call with engineering, no resolution. Was assured by Electrolux that my issues had been documented and that warranty would be extended, and that if happened again, unit would be replaced. Called them when it happened again, but they reneged on their commitment, and punted to Home Depot. I engaged Home Depot Warranty department, as I had spend a lot of money on an extended warranty. At that point, belt had broken a THIRD time and they sent out someone...who again, replaced belt and provided documentation to Home Depot. They refused to acknowledge and honor the service providers documentation that that unit was defective and that the issue could not be repaired. Warranty tag line is "if we cannot repair it, we'll replace it"...but that is boloney. SO disappointed in Electrolux and Home Depot. 4th belt failure - no help from home depot, beyond "we'll repair with another belt". Went back to Electrolux...they collected all the information and FINALLY agreed to replacement, BUT--since it was past the initial warranty period, I have to pay an installer for delivery + installation of the replacement+ haul away. They don't care about the well documented history of this issue, dating back to weeks after purchase, my multiple requests for replacement while under manufacturer warranty, OR the cumulative MONTHS that I've been unable to do laundry, OR the guarantees that warranty would be extended due to issues that were documented from the very beginning. I am outraged at being asked to pay hundreds more dollars, or ANY MONEY to deal with this issue. Total time without laundry (waiting for service providers, belt orders, replacement): 3 months & still counting! Hopefully, the same model that they send me (which they say was manufactured in 2020) does NOT have this issue...but no assurance of this. Electrolux claims there is no documented issue with the design, but Home Depot website now has LOTS of reviews that cite this design flaw and defect...where clothes get stuck in the lint trap, leading to issues including belt failure. It is a known issue, but what is unknown is if has been fixed in the design. It is unethical for them to say that it isn't a known issue, and that they don't know if the design has been updated. What?!?!? Electrolux needs to acknowledge this issue and advise if there is a different design in 2020 to resolve this defective unit design. Electrolux needs to honor the fact that they produced a defective model, and replace it without any cost to customers that have recurring issues related to your defective design, especially when there is documentation of issue, dating back to when purchased. If the design has not been updated, they need to supply a different model.

I've only owned this for a few weeks but its been OK so far. The main issue so far is that when I try to dry a normal batch of laundry, it defaults to "eco" mode and wont dry a normal load in the first time. I havent been able to find out how to turn off the "eco" mode so the only way to have it dry is to do a timed cycle on high for 30 or 60 minutes. Otherwise, it is working fine.

Had an earlier model come with the purchase of our condo.... it had problems and this one replaced it - a little bit newer model. So far it is good but has some odd noises that we hope will be gone with time. Dries well and is quiet ... seems to be good

Had to replace an older propane top load this last month, and Electrolux was having a special on this unit. I generally don't buy appliances that have a bunch of electronic controls, but this is simple to operate, and seems to be built very sturdy. Does an excellent job, I prefer the front load and the easy to use lint trap.

We purchased the washer and dryer set as a package with our builder, I was looking for a front load instead of a top load and one that could be stacked so I could add my 14 cubic ft freezer to the laundry room. The dryer does not disappoint, I love the automatic dry, it finishes the clothes so quickly, I time dry my towel and throw rugs, they always seem to need extra time. There are great settings on the dryer with the 5 cycles and huge capacity, so it does not take three drying times to dry a bedspread or comforter.

I bought this a month ago and so far it performs as expected. Unlike my old top loader this model has sensors to detect if the lint filter is dirty and has multiple cycles to dry your clothes. My dress shirts come out wrinkle free I love it!!

I had to replace a 10-yo dryer that failed and apparently Electrolux is now the only manufacturer that still makes a model that will fit under a 32™ countertop! So I ordered this one. It took forever (more than month) to arrive, but it did fit and it works well. I did have an issue where it made a lot of noise initially, but they sent a warranty repair person out who said sometimes in shipping the drum gets out-of-balance, and he fixed it. Since then, it has worked perfectly - and is pleasantly quiet.

Purchased this gas dryer a month ago. It is a basic model that does have a moisture sensor to not over dry clothes. This model does not have an interior light and the drum is not stainless steel. It does get the job done. No issues after using it for a month.

We bought our dryer about a month ago. It is working great and holds a lot of clothes. Love the sensor feature that lets you know when clothes are dry. It did take a few minutes to figure out how to turn it on. (Yes we had instructions but did not read them ). It also beeps quietly when finished.
